Questions from job seekers

How do I find and complete my profile (resume)?
If you are using the desktop version of the platform and are already signed in, you can find your profile by clicking on your avatar (photo) in the top right corner. On the mobile version, access it by tapping the “User Menu” in the control bar.

We recommend completing your profile as thoroughly as possible by including all work experience, education, skills, and other relevant details. This will increase your chances of attracting potential employers.

How do I find a job on SokoJob?
Jobs on SokoJob cover all industries and locations. For your convenience, the platform offers robust filtering options and the ability to search for jobs by location using a map. Additionally, the platform will suggest jobs based on your profile (resume).

How do I apply for a job?
Once you find a job position that matches your experience, click the “Apply” button. This will initiate a direct chat between you and the employer, allowing you to ask additional questions about the position. You can also provide your contact information to the employer at your convenience.

What are screening questions?
Employers can attach mandatory screening questions to a job listing to verify your experience. These questions cannot be skipped, so you must complete the screening process to apply. After answering the screening questions, you will be notified of the results, and if you pass, the employer will contact you.

How can I be sure my sensitive information is not shared?
By default, your first name, last name, phone number, social links, attachments, and photo are not shared with employers. Only when you apply for a job will your first name and last name be visible, while the rest of your information remains hidden. You control whether to share additional contact details with an employer; you can do so directly through chat message or by using the “Share Data” button. Although all employers are verified by the SokoJob team, please report any suspicious job postings or employers to us.

Can employers and job postings be trusted on SokoJob?
The SokoJob team places a high priority on securing job seekers’ sensitive and personal information. All job postings on the platform come from verified employers, ensuring their reliability.

I’ve received an invitation from an employer. What does it mean?
The SokoJob platform allows employers to find candidates that match their job requirements. If an employer believes you are a good fit for a position, they can send you an invitation. Please note that your personal information is not shared with the employer by default. If you’re interested in the position, you can choose to share your personal details separately.

Questions from Employers

I want to post a job. What should I do?
First, register on the SokoJob platform and switch to employer mode. Then, verify your account using the code sent to your email. Once your account is verified, complete the setup by adding your first name, last name, and phone number.

To post a job, you’ll need to create a company profile first. After creating and activating your company, please wait for a call from SokoJob support. One of our core values is trust, so we need to ensure that you represent the company and that it is legitimate. Once your company is verified by SokoJob, you can start filling out job forms and publish them.

How do I find a candidate for my job?
In “Find” mode, use the search bar and filters to look for candidates. You can also use the map mode to filter candidates by location. Click “Show More” on a candidate’s card to view their full profile.

I found a relevant candidate. How do I invite them to my job?
To invite a candidate to your job, ensure the job is published. In “Find” mode, select the card of the published job for which you want to invite a candidate. Then, click the “Invite” button on the candidate’s card. This will create a chat between you and the candidate, allowing you to discuss the next steps.

I see that candidates’ personal information is not shown. How can I get it?
By default, the platform does not share candidates’ personal information, such as their photo, first name, last name, phone number, email, and attachments, to ensure their security. However, once you invite a candidate, they can choose to share this information with you. If a candidate applies to your position, their first and last names will be visible.

I’d like to compare a few candidates. How do I do that?
In “Find” mode, you can select multiple candidates to compare. To do this, click the toggle control on each candidate’s card. Once selected, the “Compare” button will be highlighted. Click on it to view a table comparing all the fields from the candidates’ profiles.

I’ve created and published a job. How do I process applicants?
Our ATS system offers two different modes. The first mode integrates with chats, allowing you to use filters to manage candidates who have applied to your job. You can also move a candidate through processing stages directly from the chat. The second mode, “Agile,” can be found under the “My Candidates” tab. Here, you’ll see all your processing stages and candidates.

I have too many applicants. How can screening questions help?
Screening is a powerful tool that saves significant time by selecting relevant candidates. You can create screening questions yourself, with the help of AI, or use the shared library. Screening can consist of various questions designed to assess how well a candidate fits your role. When publishing your job, attach the screening to it, and the SokoJob system will automatically screen every candidate who applies or is invited to the job.

What is custom processing?
Different jobs require different processing stages—some need only 2-3 stages, while others may require up to 10. SokoJob supports custom processing, allowing you as an employer to customize processing stages to suit your needs. Our ATS system will automatically adapt to your custom setup.
